This area houses most of the professional services - employment agencies, community services, offices and connects nearby Victoria University. The precinct is supplemented by an array of Eastern European, Asian and African retailers.

The St Albans Business Group Association Incorporated (SABGAI) represents the retail traders and businesses of the St Albans Town Centre who contribute to a marketing, events and promotions Special Rate Scheme administered by Brimbank City Council. The SABGAI is run by a committee and it acts on behalf of traders to make key decisions relating to promoting the shopping precinct and promoting the interests of members and their customers.
The SABGAI will promote and support all business operators in the St Albans Town Centre as defined by the boundaries of the Special Rate Scheme administered by Brimbank City Council. Any business affected by the Special Rate is welcome to attend SABGAI committee meetings held monthly.
